2. Order Acceptance & Anti-Fraud Screening

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders flagged by automated 3D-Secure, velocity, or IP/billing country anti-arbitrage checks. Cancelled unfulfilled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

3. Intellectual Property & Customizations

All catalog graphics, software, and trademarks on kariba-os.co belong to Zone OS CRM LLC or its licensors. Customers submitting custom 2D/3D designs warrant full ownership or commercial license over submitted assets.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Transactions on kariba-os.co are governed by the State of New Jersey and the federal laws of the United States, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Essex County, New Jersey, USA.
